Registration Information How much does the conference cost? Registration is FREE for Plan Sponsors*. Please note that spaces are limited and registration will be taken on a first come first serve basis. The registration fee for the conference for Advisers/Consultants* is $350. *Advisers include individuals who provide investment and/or administrative/consultative support to workplace retirement plan sponsors. It does not include individuals who work for recordkeepers, investment management firms, or law firms. Those who fall into those three categories should contact Foster Wright at fwright@plansponsor.com for registration information. *Plan sponsors include individuals that are responsible for the administration and/or decisions impacting workplace benefits programs, generally either in human resources or finance/treasury functions. Please note that working with plan sponsors does not make you a plan sponsor - nor does working for a firm that sponsors a retirement plan. When should I pay? Payment is required upon registration. Which payment methods do you accept? Visa, American Express, Mastercard What happens if I need to cancel? Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. If you are unable to find a substitute, 50% of your conference fee can be applied to any other PLANSPONSOR/PLANADVISER event Can I send a substitute delegate? Yes, should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. PLANSPONSOR reserves the right to deny or accept attendees.
